Our multi-part roof coatings can be applied to aging and even marginal roofs of various substrates and pitches to offer a water proof and highly reflective completed roof system.
After a careful inspection and testing of the existing roof conditions, all loose or bubbled sections and open lap joints are treated. We then apply one of our primers to effectively bond SP Liquid Membrane, a tough elastomeric polyurethane, to any surface. For energy savings and additional protection, SuperTherm, our flagship ceramic based reflective coating, is applied. At only 10 mils dry, it effectively block 95% of the suns energy adding an equivalent effective insulation value of R-19 to keep your roof and building interior cool in summer.
Where water ponding is a problem, we over-coat SuperTherm with a thin coat of SP Liquid Membrane or Enamo Grip to add protection to these leak-prone areas. The final result is a complete waterproof, reflective, energy saving, system that gives the longest-lasting total protection.
